China born. US educated. Europe based. I work at the intersection of rigorous strategy and deep inner work — because the two are not opposites.
My Why
I built two careers because one wasn't enough to tell the truth.
I spent years working at the highest levels of marketing — brand launches, international exhibitions, cross-border GTM campaigns. I was good at it. But I kept noticing something: the most capable people in the room were often the most stuck. Not because they lacked skill. Because they lacked clarity about themselves.
That observation sent me inward. I studied astrology, tarot, Jungian psychology, and healing practices — not as a retreat from strategy, but as an extension of it. The same rigour I applied to market analysis, I applied to understanding what drives human behaviour from the inside.
What I found is that the two disciplines reinforce each other. Better self-knowledge produces better strategic decisions. And strategic clarity creates the conditions for genuine healing. They are not separate tracks. They are the same track, approached from different angles.
YC Insight exists because I believe the most useful thing I can offer is both — not one or the other.
The Pivot
The moment I stopped choosing between them.
There was a specific moment — sitting in a boardroom in Milan, running a campaign I had designed from scratch, watching it land exactly as planned — when I realised I was only half present. The other half of me was somewhere else entirely: in the questions I couldn't ask in that room. About meaning. About what the work was actually for.
I didn't leave strategy. I expanded it. I spent the next two years studying what I had been practising informally for most of my life: astrology as a system for understanding character and timing, tarot as a tool for surfacing what the rational mind avoids, healing practices as a way of working with the body's intelligence rather than overriding it.
The result is a practice that doesn't ask you to choose. If you need rigorous strategic support, I can give you that. If you need to understand what's blocking you at a deeper level, I can work with that too. Most of the time, both are needed — and both are available.
Academic Foundation
3 degrees. 3 countries. One throughline.
International Journalism
How to find the story, verify the facts, and communicate across cultures — before anyone calls it content marketing.
Media Management
How media systems work at scale — distribution, audience behaviour, editorial strategy. The infrastructure behind the message.
Marketing Management
Where theory meets market reality — brand architecture, GTM strategy, and the mechanics of growth.
Three degrees gave me the language of theory — how systems work, how information flows, how markets behave. Decades of execution gave me the language of reality — what actually happens when the plan meets the room. Most people live on one side of that gap. I've spent my career building the bridge between them.
East ↔ West
Born in China. Educated in the US. Based in Europe. I grew up with one way of seeing the world and spent years learning another. Eastern thinking taught me to read patterns, trust cycles, and hold paradox. Western thinking taught me to build systems, measure outcomes, and move fast. I don't choose between them. I translate.
The edge that can't be automated
AI processes at scale. Humans feel what matters. The leaders who thrive aren't the ones who resist the machine — they're the ones who know what only they can bring to it. Self-awareness, embodied judgment, the capacity to hold complexity without collapsing it into a prompt: these are the new strategic differentiators.
Field Experience
Theory is where it starts. The field is where it counts.
From newsrooms to boardrooms. From start-up basements to global brand launches.

Operated at the intersection of global diplomacy, cultural exchange, and mass communication. A masterclass in how the world presents itself.
Journalist — State-Level Coverage
Reported from diplomatic summits and head-of-state meetings. Covered immersive art press launches firsthand. Trained to find the story, verify the facts, and communicate across cultures under deadline pressure.

The Integration
Why the two belong together.
Strategy without self-knowledge is execution without direction. You can build a perfect GTM plan and still watch it fail because the founder doesn't believe in it, or the team is running on fear, or the positioning is solving the wrong problem. The technical work is necessary. It is not sufficient.
Healing without strategic grounding can become a loop — insight without application, awareness without change. The inner work matters. It also needs somewhere to land.
What I offer is the integration of both. Not as a compromise between two disciplines, but as a more complete version of each. Strategy informed by self-knowledge is sharper. Healing supported by clarity is more durable.
This is not a new idea. It is a very old one — that the inner and outer worlds are not separate, and that the most effective practitioners have always worked with both.
Two doors. One practice.
The YC Insight approach
The Strategy Side
A decade of execution at the highest level.
From zero-to-one brand launches to international exhibitions — built to perform under pressure.
I have run full-cycle marketing operations across four countries — China, the US, Italy, and the UK. Brand strategy, GTM execution, event production, cross-border coordination, crisis management. Not as a consultant who advises from a distance, but as the person who builds it, runs it, and delivers it.
My background spans consumer goods, luxury, automotive, and B2B. I have worked inside organisations where the margin for error is zero and the audience expects perfection. I have also worked as a solo operator — the single person responsible for everything from positioning to production.
What I bring to strategy work is not just frameworks. It is the pattern recognition that comes from having been in the room when things go wrong, and knowing exactly what to do next.

The Healing Side
Years of practice. A lifetime of inquiry.
Astrology, tarot, and inner work — not as a brand, but as a genuine practice.
I came to healing work the way most people do: through necessity. Not through a course or a certification, but through the kind of life experience that forces you to develop tools or break. What I built in that process became the foundation of what I now offer.
I have studied Western astrology — natal charts, synastry, transits, progressions — with the same rigour I applied to my academic work. I have practised tarot for years, not as a performance, but as a genuine system for surfacing what the rational mind tends to avoid. I have worked with Jungian psychology, shadow integration, and cross-cultural spiritual traditions.
What I offer in healing work is not a script or a formula. It is the capacity to sit with someone in the complexity of their actual situation — and to help them find the thread that leads forward.

What I Stand For
The principles that shape how I work.
Rigour over reassurance
I don't tell people what they want to hear. I tell them what I actually see — in the data, in the strategy, in the chart. Comfort that isn't grounded in truth is a short-term service.
Both worlds, fully
I don't dilute the strategy to make it feel more spiritual, or soften the healing work to make it feel more professional. Both deserve to be taken seriously on their own terms.
Integration, not balance
Balance implies two things in tension. Integration means they inform each other. I'm not trying to balance strategy and healing — I'm trying to show that they are the same inquiry, approached differently.
Earned, not performed
Three degrees. A decade of field experience across four countries. Years of dedicated study in astrology and healing. What I offer is built on actual work — not a brand identity constructed around a concept.

Why Work With Me
What makes this different.
I have operated at the senior level in both disciplines — not as a hobbyist in one and a professional in the other. The strategy work is real. The healing work is real. The integration is not a marketing concept.
I work across cultures. China, the US, Europe. I understand how context shapes communication, how cultural assumptions embed themselves in strategy, and how the inner work looks different depending on where you were formed.
I don't have a signature method or a proprietary framework. I have a set of tools — strategic and intuitive — and I use whichever ones are actually useful for the situation in front of me.
I am direct. I will tell you what I see, including the things that are uncomfortable. If you are looking for someone to validate a decision you have already made, I am probably not the right fit.

The natal chart reading was unlike anything I expected. It wasn't vague or generic — it was specific, grounded, and it named things I had been circling for years without being able to articulate.

What surprised me most was how the two sides of her work connected. The strategic session helped me see the external picture clearly. The healing work helped me understand why I kept resisting it.

Find your path
Which door is calling you?
Two questions. Honest answers. No wrong door.
01 — What brings you here?
Ready to Begin
Two doors. Both open.
Whether you are here for the strategy, the healing, or the place where the two meet — the work starts with a conversation. There is no fixed path in. You begin wherever you are.
Which door calls you?
Most people who find their way here are standing at an intersection — capable and accomplished, but sensing that something in the picture is incomplete. That is exactly the right place to start.
